This January, the Sustainable Leadership Lab returns to Trieste as part of When East Meets West (WEMW) created together with the International Screen Institute.
The lab invites women producers from Europe, Latin America, and Canada to pause for a moment and look at leadership through a different lens, one that values balance, awareness, and long-term vision. Over three days of exchange and reflection, participants will explore how to lead teams with empathy, build sustainable business models, and stay grounded in a demanding industry.
The Sustainable Leadership Lab runs from 18–20 January 2026, with applications open until 5 November 2025. The participation fee is €250, including tuition, accreditation, and lunches, with several scholarships and fee waivers available, including for Ukrainian participants.
