1 Introduction

This Policy (“Policy”) sets out how We (ISI) collect and process information from which you can be directly or indirectly identified (Personal Data) when you visit our Website or interact with us through our digital offerings. When we request information from you, we will collect the information contained in the relevant forms or pages. 2.3 Personal Data we collect automatically. When you visit our Website we may automatically collect the following information: browser information as your IP address, log-in information, location information, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device from which the access is made, information about your visit including the URL clickstream to, through and from our Website, your advertising ID (if this is supported by your device), content you viewed or searched for, videos you have accessed, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interactions, screen resolution, device processing power and memory, playback errors and buffering issues, and unique device identifiers. 3 Why we use your Personal Data

3.1 We use the Personal Data we collect in order to provide you with the best possible experience when you access our Website and engage with us, including by using our services and products. This includes using your information for the following purposes:

▪ (a) providing and improving our products and services: we may use your Personal Data, as personal identification data (name, date and place of birth, nationality, gender, marital status, copy of identity card etc) contact information (e-mail address, mobile number, and address), information on education, skills and professional experience (title/educational degree, work history), information about your trainings (education and training history), information about booked and attended events, financial information, travel data, in order to provide you with the products and services you have requested,  for example when you have purchased our services, and in order to send you confirmation emails (legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR, performance of a contractual obligation GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 letter b)). We may use your Personal Data as browsing information (e.g. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, interface used), date and time of access and access status,  to provide, improve and adapt our Website, to improve our products (legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR, performance of a contractual obligation GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 letter b)) and services to better suit the behaviours and technical capabilities of our users;

▪ (b) administering the Website: we may use your Personal Data in order to administer our Website for internal operations, including troubleshooting purposes and to understand any errors you may encounter when using our Website (to safeguard our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f, performance of a contractual obligation GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 letter b)).

In order to be able to fulfil the abovementioned purposes, we work together with service providers (so-called “Processors”), who process your personal data on our behalf and for our purposes – but not for their own purposes. These Processors include: Matomo, Borlabs, Wordpress. 

▪ (c) improving use and content of our Website: we may use your Personal Data as browsing information (e.g. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, interface used), date and time of access and access status  in order to improve the content of our web pages and ensure that it is presented in the most effective manner for you and your devices (legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f);

▪ (d) safety and security: we may use Personal Data collected on our Website, as (e.g. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, interface used), date and time of access and access status  as part of our efforts to keep our Website safe and secure and to help manage and administer our IT systems (legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR).

▪ (e) marketing: we may use your Personal Data, as personal identification data (name, date and place of birth, nationality) contact information (e-mail address, mobile number, and address) and browsing information, after having obtained your consent,in order to communicate with you and keep you up to date with our activities and events and those of third parties that you may be interested in and to make suggestions and recommendations to you on our Website about products or services that may interest you (Art, 6 para, 1 letter a GDPR). We will share with you news and updates via e-mail, provided that you gave us your consent.

▪ (f) providing customer service and managing any complaints or requests: we may use your Personal Data as personal identification data (name, date and place of birth, nationality, gender, marital status, copy of identity card etc) contact information (e-mail address, mobile number, and address), information on education, skills and professional experience (title/educational degree, work history), information about your trainings (education and training history), information about booked and attended events, financial information, travel data, name, e-mail address and addressin order to provide you with a more efficient customer care service and to manage any complaints or requests on your behalf (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR); if you contact us in connection with the conclusion of a contract, in a pre-contractual context or in connection with the direct fulfillment of a contract, we may use your Personal Data as listed above to process your requests in a customer-friendly manner, and manage concerns or requests on your behalf (Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR).

▪ (g) to make necessary disclosures and law enforcement: we may use your Personal Data, as listed above in let. f) in order to make necessary disclosures in response requests which We are legally required to comply with, to law enforcement or regulatory authority, body or agency or in the defence of a legal claim (Art. 6 para. 1 letter c). Furthermore, to enforce our Terms and Conditions and/or this Policy (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR).

4 Legal grounds for using your Personal Data

4.1 Our processing of your Personal Data will be based on a variety of legal grounds, including:

▪ (c) where the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests:this includes, for example, to: (1) to provide you with the services or products you ordered from us (2) to better understand how you use our products, services and Website and to make improvements; (3) to research and analyse the products and services you want; (4) tailor our content and offers to those more relevant to your interests; (5) to remain aware of updated market practice to ensure that we are offering a service which is competitive and meets the expectations of our customers (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR).

5 How we share and disclose your Personal Data

5.1. We may share your Personal Data, as personal identification data, contact information, information on education, skills and professional experience, information about your trainings and financial information with third parties, which include third party organisations providing a service to us, third party organizations that fund our activities, or entities acting as our IT suppliers, database providers, backup and disaster recovery specialists, and other service providers necessary for improving our products and services.

5.2 We will share your Personal Data, as browsing data, with and access information from analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Website for better personalisation of content.

5.3 Our suppliers, funding entities, and service providers will be required to meet our standards on processing information and security. The information we provide them, including your Personal Data, will only be provided in connection with the performance of their function. They will not be permitted to use your Personal Data for any purposes other than those outlined in this Policy.
