Kai Hermann

NOISE Film & TV is a PR agency founded by Mirjam Wiekenkamp with offices in Amsterdam and Berlin, known for its hands-on, intuitive approach to launching films at international festivals. Based in Berlin, Kai began his PR career in 2016 with Pop-Kultur and Berlinale’s Panorama section. Since 2017, he has worked as a freelance publicist focusing on independent film, festivals, and queer culture, including the Porn Film Festival Berlin and XPOSED Queer Film Festival Berlin. At NOISE, he manages press campaigns for Berlinale, CPH:DOX, IDFA, Hot Docs, Karlovy Vary, Locarno, and Venice. Kai holds a bachelor’s degree in Popular Music and Media, with a focus on pop music and feminism, and a master’s degree in Gender Studies, with a focus on gay and queer history.
