Francesca Scott

Francesca Scott supports organisations in their journey to increase representation and inclusion across the board. Previously, she led the European Broadcasting Union’s (EBU) diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programmes, shaping their DEI strategy and driving the EBU’s member-facing and key stakeholder activities. She also advised on DEI internally, working with Human Resources on policies and processes to make the workplace more inclusive. An experienced news journalist and sports producer with extensive editorial and production experience. Passionate about inclusion, she works to increase diversity across content and in the workforce.
