Fatih Abay is an expert on diversity and inclusion, and he also works freelance for the European Film Academy as a diversity & inclusion officer. He formerly worked in the academic field researching and teaching in the fields of migration, racism, ethnicity, gender, and post-colonial studies and focuses in his work on the representation of strategically undervalued communities.
