Bady Minck

Bady Minck is an award-winning filmmaker with film- premieres at the Festivals of Cannes,Venice, Berlinale and Sundance. Her films have been presented in more than 60 retrospectives on 4 continents. She was born in Luxembourg and studied fine arts and film in Vienna. 1995 she founded, together with Alexander Dumreicher-Ivanceanu the film production company AMOUR FOU Luxembourg, later in 2001 AMOUR FOU Vienna and recently AMOUR FOU Germany, together they produced more than hundred films: featurefilms,shortfilms,animationfilms anddocumentaries.

She is a member of the European Producer’s Club, the Austrian, Luxembourgish and European Director’s Association, the Austrian, the Luxembourgish and the European Film Academies and some more. She was a member of many juries, including the Orizzonti jury at Venice Film Festival.

She produced and co-produced films by Ali Samadi Ahadi, Massoud Bakhshi, Udita Bhargava,Terence Davies,Alain Guiraudie, Jessica Hausner, Christoph Hochhäusler,

Christophe Honoré, Lili Horvath, Milko Lazarov, Elfi Mikesch, Mahnaz Mohammadi, David Oelhoffen, Ulrike Ottinger, György Palfi, Maggie Peren, Evi Romen, Stefan Ruzowitzky, Anja Salomonowitz, Margarethe von Trotta,Virgil Widrich and Keren Yedaya.
