The International Screen Institute joins the Crossing Europe Industry Afternoon 2026 as part of the Get Informed! section, offering insights into its training programmes.
The International Screen Institute is pleased to be part of the Crossing Europe Industry Afternoon 2026, contributing to this year’s Get Informed! section.
Taking place on 30 April 2026 (15:00–19:30) at Ursulinensaal in Linz, the event returns following a successful debut and once again offers a comprehensive look into the realities of European film production. Under the theme “Exploring European Film Production,” the programme brings together filmmakers, industry professionals, and audiences for an afternoon of exchange, case studies, and discussions.
From 18:00, the Get Informed! segment invites participants to connect directly with a range of partner organisations. The International Screen Institute will be present to share detailed information about its training programmes.
Alongside this, the programme includes a case study on co-production using the award-winning film KARAVAN / CARAVAN (2025) and a session on fairness and sustainability in the industry, featuring the presentation of the MIOB Code of Conduct. The afternoon concludes with the Creative Europe Cocktail, providing an opportunity for informal networking.The event is open to all, with no registration required, and guests are welcome to attend individual sessions.
