Cannes Next Panel – AI Meets IP: Voice, Rights & Creative Control
The International Screen Institute brings together experts from law, technology and filmmaking at Cannes to explore how AI is reshaping creative workflows—while addressing critical questions of rights, consent and creative control.
We are delighted to announce that the International Screen Institute will host a panel at the Marché du Film in Cannes, bringing together perspectives from law, technology and filmmaking.
The conversation explores how AI can support smarter workflows, open up new creative possibilities and generate fresh momentum for creators and producers—while keeping questions of rights, consent and creative control firmly in focus.
Taking place on 13 May 2026 at 16:00 CEST on the Riviera Main Stage, the panel features Charlotte Lund Thomsen (IP Legal & Policy Counsel, DK), Margarita Grubina (VP Business Growth, Respeecher, UA), Georg Tiller (Filmmaker, Subobscura Films, AT) and Andrea Elisa Pisu (Chairwoman, International Screen Institute / Senior Legal Counsel, Terra Mater Studios, AT).
No registration is required for Marché badge holders.
