With extensive expertise in navigating legal matters across the entire lifecycle of audiovisual content – from development to distribution – Andrea has honed her skills at an international law firm in Rome and in the legal department of Rai Com Spa, a subsidiary of RAI, Italy’s public broadcaster. Her proficiency lies in safeguarding creative assets and ensuring the seamless execution of projects, making her a trusted partner in the protection and exploitation of intellectual property.

Satesh Mathura
Financing Expert Treasurer of the International Screen Institute / Programme Director – Market Ready 2024, 2025Satesh is a distribution and financing expert, former Production Financial Officer at Terra Mater Studios, and Chief Operating Officer of Mel Gibson’s Icon Entertainment International.
Satesh’s career has spanned a few decades, and during this phenomenal journey, he handled the finance and distribution of the likes of Wild at Heart, The Piano, Little Buddha, Muriel’s Wedding, Secrets & Lies, Virgin Suicides, What Women Want, The Ivory Game and Sea of Shadows.
Satesh has been heavily involved in the creation of the International Screen Institute and currently holds the position of treasurer, where he also acts as co-course director for the Market Ready programme.

Heinrich Ambrosch
Managing Partner Satel Film Deputy Chairman of the International Screen InstituteHeinrich Ambrosch is a managing partner of Satel Film. With successful television series, award-winning feature and cinema films, and acclaimed documentaries, Satel Film has been one of the leading Austrian film production companies for more than five decades.
Founded in 1971 by Michael Wolkenstein and managed until the 2000s, Heinrich Ambrosch has continued the success story as managing partner and producer since 2007. From the very beginning, Satel Film has always stood for Austrian productions but over the years has also become a sought-after partner for international co-productions.

Nina Holler
Sustainability Manager & Production Coordinator Terra Mater Studios Secretary of the International Screen InstituteNina Holler is a sustainability manager & production coordinator for Terra Mater Studios GmbH, where she has been involved in many award-winning productions, including the feature doc “Sea of Shadows”, which won the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival, and “The Arctic: Our Last Great Wilderness”, which was Terra Mater’s very first giant screen production, and many others.
As the sustainability manager, Nina has been responsible for Terra Mater Studios’ transition into becoming a forerunning, sustainable, and green production company. She has developed and implemented the green strategy, created guidelines, and has been analysing Terra Mater’s company and production emissions since 2019.
Before joining Terra Mater Studios, Nina finished her M.A. degree in theatre, film, and media studies in Vienna, Helsinki, and Amsterdam. She also attended “Die Graphische“ in Vienna, the Austrian Federal Education and Research Institute for Graphics, Multimedia and Visual Communication. Additionally, she was a photographer for the biggest international electric car rally, the WAVE trophy, and worked for TV stations like Austrian ORF and German ProSiebenSat.1.
Nina has been involved with the International Screen Institute from the start, until she took over the position of secretary.

Michael Frenschkowski
Producer Honorary Member of the International Screen Institute / Mentor – Market Ready: Documentary 2024Michael has been working in the film industry for more than 30 years. He is co-owner of Berlin-based production company MUT Productions.
Until 30th of November 24, Michael acted as GM of Terra Mater Studios Germany and Head of Features & Special Projects at Terra Mater Studios (Vienna), where he helped produce the feature films Brothers of the Wind and Mindgamers, the 2017 Oscars© shortlisted feature doc The Ivory Game, and the feature doc Sea of Shadows, which won the Audience Award at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. Both films were produced alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. Their latest feature docs, The Bastard King, Patrick and the Whale, and Orca – Black & White Gold, are currently touring various festivals and being theatrically released in Europe. He is currently developing and producing a slate of national and international drama and multimedia projects.
Michael is a member of the European Film Academy, a board member of Bridging the Dragon, and co-initiator of the Vienna-based International Screen Institute.

Maria-Christine Rieder
Lawyer Terra Mater Studios Honorary Member of the International Screen Institute / Programme Director – Business & Legal Affairs 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025Maria-Christine has been managing all legal and business aspects of audio-visual content (film, TV, format), ranging from development (including rights acquisition) to financial structuring, (co-)production, and the distribution of over 400 hours of media content. She has been the interface to talent, producers, broadcasters, major studios, streamers, etc.
In her previous role as the Head of Legal and Business Affairs Content Sales International at ORF Enterprise, she was responsible for ORF and third-party content distribution contracts, applying her acquired knowledge from working at copyright law firms in Munich and Vienna and her postgraduate studies. Maria-Christine is currently Head of Legal at Terra Mater Studios.
